    We believe that every person has a story to tell. There are so many who face systemic and situational barriers that prevent them from telling their story through their talent, creativity and ideas. We believe that it is our collective responsibility to leverage what we’ve been given - time, resources, networks and connections - in order to support the opportunity for everyone in our community to unlock their story.   • HOW WE GOT HERE

    Incorporated in August 2021 and started operations in July 2022, Futures, Ltd. is part of the social entrepreneurship movement - taking the prioritization away from profit and shifting it toward societal benefit. The causes and models within this movement are wide-ranging. We’re establishing a sustainable business to create employment and professional development opportunities for young adults and support them on the path to the future.

    This is just the beginning of our journey. Right now, our emphasis is to build awareness and support for our mission. We are continuing to find new collaborations and partnerships with local social organizations and nonprofits to bring on our first employees.   • WHERE WE'RE GOING

    The long-term vision for Futures is an established employee pipeline and formalized support program. Once momentum is built, we will be moving into our own brick-and-mortar boutique. We want our employees to achieve their dreams - whether those be in a career that utilizes their creative talent, an educational pursuit, starting their own business or anything in between. Futures is a place to acquire the experience and tools needed to help them achieve their potential.

    Support and grow resources for employees and community members whose future plans necessitate educational or professional developmental expenses.

    Mitigate wealth and income inequality, and the harmful effects thereof, in our communities by promoting high-equality employment opportunities and professional development to those often overlooked.

    Reduce our environmental impact as a brand, as well as collaborating with parters and suppliers, to promote efforts to protect and preserve the world and its beauty.

    Forge and maintain relationships with individuals, organizations, municipalities and other entities to facilitate the advancement of any of our shared visions.

    FOUNDER

    DIGITAL & SOCIAL SAVANT

    Trenton’s eye for design, knack for photo and mind for strategy make him an asset everywhere he goes. Currently managing digital content at USA Basketball but mainly focused on becoming the future mayor of Topeka, KS.

    VIDEO SPECIALIST
